Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Personal Cheques, Certified Cheques and Money Orders. (Note: personal cheques must clear at the bank before the product is shipped.)

Shipping

Canadian orders over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING! Orders less than $50.00 will be charged a by weight.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let us know.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. A tracking number will be available upon your request. Your credit card will not be charged for your purchase until your order has shipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail to alert you when processing has begun. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, please contact us as quickly as possible as we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Returns

We are committed to Customer Service, if you are unhappy with a product, please contact us to let us know what the problem was and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Your opinions are important to us.

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept makeup and skin care product returns. We do not recommend purchasing skin care or lip products during hot summer months as the integrity of the formula can be compromised in high heat.

We can only accept returns on accessories if the package has NOT been opened. Actual shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer on all returns and exchanges, unless an error has occurred on our part. Original shipping charges will be deducted from all refund or credit amounts. Please note, any and all returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt for returns, and 30 days for exchanges. All sales become final after 30 days. Other than Pay Pal, all other refunds (Visa, cash payments, cheque, and money orders) will be paid to you by company cheque. Please allow 14 business days after our receipt of your returned products to issue you your refund.

Photo Accuracy

Due to differences in monitor configurations, personal perception, and the inability of the camera to capture the depth and tones of mineral cosmetics accurately, we strongly  encourage you to purchase sample sizes before committing to full sizes.
